Quality Assurance:

Our quality assurance system is certified in accordance with the ISO9001:2008 standards. An independent quality assurance department is responsible for all working procedures required to ensure that all manufacturing processes are carried out in accordance with international technical delivery conditions like ISO, 3A, ASTM, ASME, EN, and with the customer specifications.

All our finished products undergo extensive and strict quality tests before being delivered to our customers. Mill Test Certificate EN10204 3.1 or EN10204 3.2 which contains the result of the mechanical tests and hydrostatic test will be provided to our customers.

To assure the quality of our products, our own in-house testing facilities play an important role. Our laboratory is well equipped to perform a wide variety of both destructive and non-destructive quality tests.

Destructive Testing includes:

• Tensile Test
• Impact Test
• Bend Test
• Reverse Bend Test
• Hardness Test
• Flattening Test
• Reverse Flattening Test
• Flaring Test
• Flange Test
• Intercrystalline Corrosion Test in accordance with ASTM A262 practice E
• Metallurgical Test

Non-destructive Testing includes:

• Eddy Current Test
• Ultrasonic Test
• Hydro Test
• Air Under Water Test
• P.M.I Test
• Spectro Test
• X-ray Test

For the purposes of non-destructive testing we have at our disposal state-of-art equipment for ultrasonic and radiographic examination, eddy current testing and hydrostatic testing.
