3A Sanitary stainless steel clamp sample valve AISI 316L AISI 304
This sanitary valve is typically used for taking samples from fermenters or in locations where you don't want the high flow of a ball or butterfly valve. When used with a tee, it also makes a great bleed valve on the outlet side of a March pump. Accepts 1/2" tubing on the barb side.

Application
SPEZILLA series is a stainless steel aseptic sampling valve with pneumatic actuator; it is wildly used in the food, dairy, brewery, winery and many other hygienic industries.
Strength:
The Sample Valve type is used to treat high viscosity materials, such as yoghourt, syrup, ice cream, etc. The valve is normally closed design, it will open when pushing the handle and will return to nominal close position automatically by spring.
Sanitary Solutions is your source for a T304 Sanitary Sample Valve primarily found in the Beverage, Brewery, Pharmaceutical, Tank and Winery Industries. Our TP304 Sanitary Sample Valve is clamp end with either a 3/8" or 1/2" spout depending on the size needed. As for the surface finish of the valve, our valve is polished to meet sanitary standards.
Design:
Nominal Pressure:
Max. product pressure: 87psi (6bar)
Temperature:
Max. sterilization temperature: 130°C, dry steam: 121°C (2bar).
Steam must be dry, because condensed water will damage the diaphragm. The diaphragm should be replaced after 100 times samplings or sterilizations.
Sample Valves and Equipment, offers a wide array of sanitary sample valves for many applications including beverage, semiconductor and biopharmaceutical water systems. Our stainless steel sampling valves allow the user to easily extract a sanitary sample of a liquid for analysis.

Sanitary sample valve is a type of valve used in process industries that allows taking a representative portion of a fluid (gases, liquids, fluidized, solids, or slurries) to test (e.g. by physical measurements, chemical analysis, microbiological examination), typically for the purposes of identification, quality control, or regulatory assessment. It is a valve used for sampling.
