SPEZILLA series is a manual type sanitary 3-way ball valve with tri-clamp / tri-clamp ends, which is extensively used in food & beverage processing, brewing, oil refinery, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries to control medium flow. The full port design with zero restriction makes it an optimum choice for viscous and particulate liquids, SPEZILLA ball valve operates manually by 180°rotary Handle.
SPEZILLA valves can supply valve body and disc materials such as AISI 304 or AISI 316L, 304L and 316 materials according to your requests. This stainless steel hygienic ball valve is suitable for dairy, food, beer, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and other industrial areas.
Sanitary ball valves, is also called as hygienic ball valve which are opened by turning handles attached to balls inside the valves. The ball has a hole or port through the middle. When the port is in line with both ends of the valve, flow will occur. When the valve is closed, the hole is perpendicular to the ends of the valve, and flow is blocked.A ball valve is durable and usually work to achieve perfect shutoff even after years of disuse.

Valve seat: Teflon (PTFE)

End connections: tri-clamp / tri-clamp, others available upon request.
Surface treatment: Ra 16 ~ 32µin (0.4 ~ 0.8µm), Ra 32µin is the default.
Direct 2-way body.
Handle: 180°rotary handle.

Valve body can be three-way: T type or L type ball core for choose from
Valve body can be with or without purge ports for SIP / CIP.
Actuators to reach automatic operation: pneumatic stainless steel actuator (vertical type), pneumatic aluminum actuator (horizontal type), and electric actuator.
Working temperature :
-10oC up to 150oC
Valve line includes, ball, butterfly, check, seat, long stroke, mix proof, PMO, diaphragm and sampling. All valves can be supplied with a variety of actuation and control packages.
Sanitary pump line includes both centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
